      Cons

      Some systems are outdated. Most things in recent years have been updated and streamlined, but some specific forms or processes for certain accounts/maintenances/etc can be a little tricky.

      More work than it's worth

      Competitive pay, good full time benefits, relatively easy job.

      Cons

      Majorly sales oriented despite their attempts to say it's not, too much turnover, inconsistent and unfair scheduling that benefits management more.

      My dear friends at Commerce have consistently gone out of their way to make me feel valued, encouraged, and motivated to perform my best every single day. We believe in the work we do and feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment when it positively impacts the lives of the many, many clients we serve. We participate in multiple community enrichment activities throughout the year, and our leaders are extremely clear about always operating with integrity. At Commerce, I feel like doing good deeds actually equals good business - that's hard to find in an employer and earns a great deal of my trust. Every time something went wrong, I merely needed to ask, and my team have repeatedly shown that they have my back. To any prospective candidate: If you are looking for a home-away-from-home where you can do your true best and know that it will mean something to those around you, Commerce is just the family you've been looking for. Join us!!

      Cons

      Like every other employer, we find our share of team members who demonstrate resistance to change, over-entitlement, and pessimism. We more than make up for it with good old-fashioned hard work, a supportive atmosphere, and genuine care for each other.
