      Pros

      Great benefits, the branch I work at is a great team. I love who I work with and my manager is always going out of her way to please her employees. I highly appreciate that.

      Cons

      Some of the systems we use are outdated and I think we have too many systems for one customer interaction which can be overwhelming when you have maintenance, other people waiting and other things to do. The expectations are a little too high as well.

      Best training to career path in financial industry

      Pros

      The bank trainee program is one of the most encompassing programs I have heard of let alone experienced. The bank trainee allows you to build a foundation in the credit department which is incredibly helpful. From there you get to go "on rotation" to many different areas of the bank so you can see what interests you. Overall, the culture is and people really make the company a great place to work.

      It isn't ideal that the newer people have to pay for parking
