Our culture and the positive work environment that comes from working with a lot of good people is something you don’t find everywhere, so thank you for your kudos! Marketing at Commerce has grown organically over the years and is currently handled departmentally by a very knowledge staff in each product line. There is room for improving the communications between groups and developing a central message, and these efforts are under way.
