      Pros

      Company cares about it's employees, yearly reviews/raises, good benefits, paid time off, vacation, 401k, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Insurance plans are decent but for premium cost the deductible ($3500 or $5000 on family plans) is too high. At least they try to compensate by putting a small amount in a HSA but max they contribute is $1000 a year for higher plan and $500 for the lower plan.
