      Pros

      time off is earned per pay period , you are paid current meaning if you start on the second week of payroll, you'd expect to get half of a paycheck, nope! youll get a full paycheck, its almost like they assume you are going to work the next week, no they dont take it back if you didnt work the full week.

Our time off policy is a great perk- not only are you accruing paid time like you mentioned, you also have a yearly allotment of paid vacation time and can purchase even more at each annual enrollment period! Our branches are currently undergoing through a transformation to a universal style banker and we thank you for your valuable feedback. We are happy you are a part of the Commerce team!
