      Salary raises going forward can be tough. Commerce is very selective with who they choose to bank with and lend to.

      Good work atmosphere and good training, that really care about your knowledge and understanding. They are typically flexible with vacation and schedule.

      Cons

      Don't get paid enough for the work and stuff they want you to know. It's super hard to get promoted. Typically takes forever, HR is really slow.
