      If you are ambitious, you may climb the ladder to upper management. There are several positions that are available to those qualified.

      Cons

      Requirement to sell bank products and services in order to maintain employment. There is pressure placed on employee to meet quotas selling bank products and services. Many customers are sick and tired of employees constantly trying to sell them these bank products and services. Low pay for tellers and financial service representatives despite how high expectations are to make money for the bank.
