      The people that work there are awesome the customers are friendly it's overall a good job. It's a good college job for new students

      Cons

      The sales all they really want are sales sales sales. It gets annoying having to ask the same customer you see everyday if they want a loan

      The culture of Commerce Bank is amazing. They really focus on the employees experience.

      Cons

      In my opinion there are non. They look internally for jobs. The one thing is that some of the rules make it hard on customers.

      Pros

      Downtown, good training, very large IT shop. Have lunch and learn sessions for multiple programming areas. Good place to learn about software/internet security.

      Cons

      For many areas of the IT dept there can be very grueling on call rotations where you will get calls at all hours of the night.
