      Big bank with a community bank feel, Very involved in the communities it serves, Heavy emphasis on philanthropy and community service.

      Did not see any "formal" mentorship programs for jr. execs. I was fortunate to have a great boss and mentor

      Pros

      Great part-time job during college. A lot of responsibility and coaching which provides great experience. Great people as well!

      Cons

      Pay isn't great to starting out, and it is retail so I deal with angry customers all the time. As a teller, you also have a sales quota you are expected to meet which is unrealistic for part-time workers.
