      Pros

      Financially stable, well established / long history in the banking business.

      Cons

      Compensation plan is too complicated. The penalty aspect built into the plan is de-motivating. Not sure they can catch up to the competitors in the solutions marketplace

      Pros

      It is a great organization to learn and train within the banking industry, then take those skills to other competitors who can appreciate your skills.The bank operates on the same value system it was established on many, many years ago. They operate as a family unit, very tight knit and hard to penetrate the upper echelons.

      Cons

      Employees are often pigeon-holed into a certain role, limiting upward mobility. Compensation is far below the competition and the "creative math" the company uses to justify the salaries is comical.
