      Pros

      Great company culture. The top people in the company are awesome leaders. Commerce Bank hires some really good people and that is one of the many reasons why they've been successful. Commerce is also very community oriented.

      Cons

      Middle management is a bit cut-throat at times. HR is very slow and tends to play favorites. Cut backs can lead to a very unbalanced work/life balance.
