We are sorry to see you were unhappy in your employment with Commerce. Coaching and training is a key part of the Personal Banker position in the first year (there is a LOT to learn!), but micromanaging is not. Unfortunately, there are times when our managers must take extra care to work with employees to improve their performance and in some cases, there just isn’t a fit. We appreciate your feedback and we hope you have found a great fit with your new employer.
