Pros
Lots of vacation time, some managers do care, if you are lucky enough to get one it can be a wonderful place to work.
Cons
Short staffed, zero support, most managers will not help you advance or support you in your role, Micromanaged, managers are expected to observe you constantly and coach every interaction to tell you every sales opportunity you possibly missed, but if there is an angry customer with real banking issues management disappears into their office. Horrible training with high turnover. Incentive is based on customer surveys. Expect to need to call other departments when a customer has an issue and to sit on hold for 30 plus min with an angry customer sitting at your desk staring at you on a daily basis.
