      Pros

      Loans is one of the easiest departments to work in. Co-workers on immediate team are extremely helpful if you need it.

      Cons

      Communication between different loan departments is horrible. (SOME) Management is not a great example of being a leader. Work/life balance for reps are not important Growth is hard to come by

      Three cheers for paid time off! Vacation time, personal days, and federal holidays- oh my! Work/life balance is very important to us and I’m sure it is to you as well, which is why those days of paid time off are such a great perk of working for Commerce. Career advancement is another top priority for us and we know it can be hard to see where to go next.
