Pros

Some good people, trying their best. Good place to gain experience, not to grow.

Cons

Execs are constantly scrambling and jerking the company direction around every quarter. Bad upward mobility. Poor raises. They don't promote from within. They hire people from the outside who have no clue what's going on or how to turn things around. Product and marketing match is half baked. Layoffs are common and goals arent rooted in reality.

Managers are amazing and are always willing to help. They truly care about you. Coworkers are welcoming.

Cons

Upper management is not in touch with their employees and product. Lack of focus is causing our service to slack, reference stock price.
