      Pros

      g the busy season, it is chaotic, stressful but so rewarding to see how much gets accomplished in such a short amount of time. There's always something new to learn every day. Day to day can be repetitive and not really wired for people that need constant stimulation. There's a big learning curve if one doesn't have perishable or logistics knowledge. They have implemented leadership classes for people who are interested in advancing their careers and that's a great benefit.

      Cons

      Training is hit or miss depending on who is training you. Everyone has a different way of doing things so you can get it right with one person but another person will tell you it's incorrect. There isn't room for advancement past a Lead position. People in management positions have been there a long time, which speaks highly on low turnover rate. There isn't enough parking for every employee. That is a daily headache for people without parking spots.

      Pros

      - The team is incredibly diverse and comes from all different types of backgrounds, which allows for even more learning to take place due to the variety of perspectives. - The company is still growing and it creates a very scrappy, inspiring environment. Everyone is putting in their all and working so hard, and there is always more learning to be done! The leadership team at CFI is incredibly supportive and inspiring. They work extremely hard, leading by example.

      Fast paced environment not suited to everyone.
