      Pros

      Commodity Forwarders is ever-growing and pandemic-proof. The aim for simplifying processes and automating where we can makes space for more creative and meaningful interactions where it's needed with new customers, carriers, and employees. The network of support among stations across the nation is a cool aspect. It is neat that you gain buddies at other stations to exchange help and guidance.

      Cons

      There are hardly ever any slow days, but it means you're never bored at work too which is a plus that helps the time go by.

      You learn a lot about the Perishable business and how it moves around the world. Work is fast paced and never dull.

      Cons

      Benefit package could be better for employees with families. During busy season, overtime is definitely needed/expected. High stress environment some days
