good for gaining experience, lots of smart and passionate people to work with and learn from, fast paced environment. mission and programs are important and worthy.

Cons

some of the leadership can be very frustrating to work with, and borderline abusive. top-down culture suffers from institutional sexism and racism. some work hard against it, and others are continuously problematic.
