      Great Mission, Not So Great Day to Day

      Pros

      Food choices around the office were good. The building's gym was free, but it was closed a lot. The company has a number of wellness programs that weren't cloying or annoying.

      Cons

      It's hard to go to work every day when you have to walk on eggshells. Jim's temperament is a hard thing to interpret. He was very difficult to work with.

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly, the office is quiet and employees are fun to be around.

      Cons

      Executives do not care about lower employees, they always go out to eat and spend a lot of money on unnecessary lunches and then cut employee snacks because "We" as an org are spending too much money. Just bad.
