      Flexible Schedule, caring staff, many hospitals in area under management.

      Cons

      No increase in compensation in 5 yr with the company. No change in hourly rate.

      Poor management, very unorganized, more work and less benefits, negativity and low moral due to management styles or lack of any positive/successful management experience.

      Management lies about everything; stay away!

      Pros

      None that I can say are consistent; everything from pay to procedures are up for change without warning. I guess that so far the company hasn't gone bankrupt

      Cons

      They lie constantly about support, ability to get assistance for pts; even going so far as to back stab each other in provider Mee try Ings to pacify us when man as garment is called on IU inconsistency
