      Pros

      I love Centura's mission and values - the people here are great and all seem to be here to really help fulfill the mission of the organization.

      Cons

      Being a small part of a larger corporate entity is sometimes challenging but not necessarily always a con.

      Pros

      great loving company dedicated to their staff, community and especially their patients

      Cons

      Every company has it's challenges but this division strives for excellence and always attempts to correct the things that need to be fixed and are always striving to be better people for themselves and each other. I just can't think of any cons other than they need more paring spaces intheir current location.
