      Pros

      Great leaders, mission, vision and values. People walk the talk. How people treat each other and work gets done makes it a great environment to work in

      Cons

      Tremendous growth and push to transform delivery of services is a big body of work. Not for the faint of heart. So must be up to wanting to really serve our community to stay focused or can get bogged down by amount of work to do to achieve all striving for. Good thing, but slackers need not apply.

      There are bunch great employees at Centura

      Cons

      Administration demands so much every day. They keep adding additional tasks all the time without taking anything off the plate. Many employees often don't get breaks or lunches. The middle management has a lot of turnover right now.
