Pros

Nothing good to really say, leaders don't live by their company Motto it all about who you either know or buddies with, they have too many leaders running around all over each other, who has directors reporting to directors / VP reporting to VP #stupid, Very racist leaders within this company and they all know it. Leaders in roles because they are either friends of someone or chosen based on the color of their skin and not skill set or experience.

Cons

horrible human resources team - unresponsive to employees, they only care about the executives within the company. Recruitment is a total joke run by some of the most unskilled leaders. I work for this company and I'm trying to get out like everyone else, it's a joke. 99 percent of our leaders were terminated from other companies but we hired them and promoted them Common spirit is a total joke

Pros

Great benefits and awesome retirement plan

Cons

You pay for those benefits in several ways. Firstly, they have something called "HC" which is a means of balancing their productivity by sending people home unpaid (if you want to get paid for the day--you have to use your paid time off). No paid holidays--that comes out of your PTO. Senior management tightens either overtime or productivity almost arbitrarily, but that means that we work short most of the time as the department managers try to keep up with senior admin's instructions--failure of which means a freeze on any new position requests or replacements. All this while senior administration enjoys hefty bonuses and large salaries. It's more akin to a cut-throat tech company than a healthcare institution that boasts concepts like "Humankindness" and built on Christian doctrine.

Pros

Everyone seems great while you are there. You buy into the words and smiles of management

Cons

After 10 years they let you go at the drop of a hat for a merger. For celebrating your 10yr anniversary you get a plastic champagne glass and a $5 Starbucks gift card. Not much opportunity for upward mobility
