Pros
Day, swing, and Grave shifts
Cons
Obese and unqualified candidates are allowed to do nothing and make top dollar for pay scale due to seniority, subjects making close to $20/hour and cannot perform basic job description functions. While over qualified candidates are payed close to minimum wage with no reasonable reason or excuse as to why. No leadership in department. Grave shift has almost no supervision. Favoritism is an issue. Supervisors will ask and expect this place to be your life, but hardly do their job. If you fall under scrutiny for having to do your job when dealing with a subject, management will not back you. Must be careful who you associate with and who you don’t associate with, very clique like environment. If you have to go to HR for anything, they treat you as if your an enemy. One HR male stated they are not here for us, they are here to do what corporate wants. If you have to go to them for an issue, they treat the entire situation as a interrogation process. It’s pretty ridiculous the way they get to walk around as if they are of some upper social status. It’s actually sad. One head female is related to a doctor so she was given her job and she is extremely cold, rude and lacks people skills. She puts her show on for her superiors when needed.
