      Good place to start, but no growth potential

      Pros

      Great coworkers, flexible hours, decent benefits, good location in DTC, good experience if you're interested in healthcare. Great place to start my career.

      Cons

      Don't tend to hire from within, leading to problems/turnover. Don't give promotions, you have to apply for them. No growth potential. Management can be chaotic.

      Cons

      Bad management doesn't listen to employees concerns. Too many Directors. Bad atmosphere.

      Beware the Silos

      Pros

      Organization has great people and most employees truly care for the patients and want the best for them.

      Cons

      Due to how the company was created and has grown, everything is very compartmentalized, and it is hard to get things done or make changes that cross departments - especially if it involves multiple operating groups and/or corporate teams. IT is especially notorious for this, and for uncommon requests frequently didn't even know who needed to handle a particular request.
