Did you say something? If you did leadership wasn't listening nor do they care. Work life balance is talked about but highly discouraged. Multitasking while learning new systems, that don't work, few resources to help train new contractors that are taking on the many duties of those that have left causing unrealistic expectations and burnout. Those employees hanging by a thread are being asked to take on more duties while still completing their own tasks. When asked for suggestions or ideas on how to move forward you find that it was a waste of time as it's already been decided you are just difficult.

If you have any issues don’t expect them to be resolved by HR. Current management is clueless and unwilling to work with you. The company does not value long term employees what so ever. Very little benefits to being with the company long term. Evaluations are not based on actual performance anymore. They are based on $ the hospital wants to shell out. No room for growth. Part of my job description is literally written in their mission and values yet my current management makes my team feel as though we are useless.
