Pros

Good place to learn new skills for a new dietitian

Cons

1. No leadership from lead RDs or clinical nutrition manager. 2. Lead RDs only delegate tasks and never help when or where needed, leaving far too much work for other employees. All in all this leaves employees to feel very taken advantage of and requires the employee to actively set boundaries (which gets exhausting). The distribution of work expected of each employee is highly unequal, and completely ignored. 3. Pay is below average especially for seeing 12-15 patients per day and having minimal leadership. If a day comes that you've been working for 9 hours but not every patient is seen yet and you're being asked to complete a last minute diet education, you're expected to complete the last minute diet education. 4. Burnout is to be expected, so you should only choose to work here if your personal life and time is unimportant to you. 5. Zero bonuses, zero benefits despite working in the med center which is a daily chore to get to and from.

Pros

Can’t really find a pro anymore. I only gave two stars because I like my coworkers.

Cons

Management ignores everybody and acts like we don’t exist. We really only have two people we can go to. they’re not managers but they do a better job at managing than the managers do. I wish one of them would be the manager. Pay is absolutely a joke and the company knows it but doesn’t care. The environment feels hostile because the manager and operations manager wont bother with us nobodies unless it’s in a team meeting setting, which is rare. we don’t even know who their people are. Still feels like the toxic us vs them environment from prior management. The vendor contracts are in such poor order, so hard to find what I need. have never seen a company get taken over by a company it has absorbed. Why are we switching from the rolls Royce of systems to the trash can of systems for claims management. It’s my opinion that its the biggest mistake ever. I worked your system for years it’s not as good. Worst decision ever. There has not been opportunity for career advancement in a long time. I bet the managers got shredded in the employee anonymous survey.

Pros

Decent benefits, that’s about it

Cons

Worst place I’ve ever worked in my life. The bullying that goes on here blew my mind. I was shocked that people got away with such horrible behavior and how they treat people. I do not recommend it. Horrible toxic environment!! I resigned in 5 months, that place is a joke.
