If you're applying external, your chance of getting hired is very slim because management are lazy and hate the hiring process for an external. As an internal, the hiring process is easier even if you can’t perform the job. Yearly incentive is given unfairly. Poor management. No proper training and no one likes to take accountable to their own mistakes. There is a lot of favoritism and if management doesn’t like you or feels like you're questioning their knowledge, they'll make your job hard.

Vaccine mandate caused a lot of people to leave. They wanted to put a committed sticker on my badge because I wasn't vaccinated. No scarlet letter for me thanks.
