      Pros

      Working at CRI has been great! You truly look forward too coming to coming into work. The days fly by with laughs and everyone is always willing to help. They do a great job at positioning you to become very successful in a short amount of time. The best part of CRI though is everyone wants you to succeed and the whole company will celebrate your wins as well as help you learn from your losses.

      Amazing entrepreneurial culture. Bunch of great people. Plenty of opportunity and not a cut-throat environment and also the pay is phenomenal. Best company I ever worked for hands down all around. challenging and interesting work and so much more.

      I have been working for Commonwealth Resources for approximately 2 and half months. Since my first day the entire staff including the New York teams have been extremely accommodating. I have the privilege of working for the Boston team under the guidance of Tim Fraser and Jon Factor. Two very experienced and seasoned veterans to this industry. I look forward to learning all that I can from everyone in the CRI family. And look forward to a long, successful career at this company.
