Over worked and under paid. Over heads are rude and bossy and not very concerned about employees. If I were you I wouldn't work here

The best about this job is that you may get to travel and see new things and get to try different fields of work. You also get to see and meet celebrities and work for them the time being

Cons

Down fall of this job is that this job is not 5 to 7 days a week.. you only work when there are special events such as games an concerts.

Pros

The environment is lovely to work at. The building is always clean and fresh smelling. The workers there are truly for the residents and the management team was awesome. They also have computers for the medication adminstration records.

Cons

They don't allow for you too become an employee there again if you were let go for a reason other than neglect. I really can't think of another reason.
