Pros

Commonwealth takes advantage of every opportunity to advance you. They provide trainings, certifications, and anything you want. Once you are with them for a certain amount of time, they will even help with college courses to earn a degree. Management is great and does not micromanage. They trust you know what you are doing, and do not stay on your back constantly.

Cons

Staffing sometimes does not stay constant. Turn-over rate is not that great.

Pros

The residents and the initial days of training keep you optimistic. The residents seem to be treated well. The facility is maintained

Cons

Biased management that sources out positions to people they like Disorganized protocol No opportunities to advance No guidance No hours Short staff There's no effort to find the source of a problem. Management places blame where they feel.
