easy to talk to home office and some problems are solved pretty fast

Cons

terrible pay home office does not personalize itself with staff or residents (puppet master mentality) a lot of favoritism

Pros

I thought the company really tried to make things better for the staff. It wasn't always perfect, but the heart was there. Seemed like there were too many things changing at once for them all to be effective.

Cons

The pay is lower than some other places and the workload seems higher.
