Worst place to work...Over worked and under paid.

The residents and the families. I mainly worked in Memory Care and loved my residents.

Cons

This is for the Christiansburg site. They make offers and promises they don't keep. Coworkers are very rude and hateful even to the residents. They truly don't care for their residents. Management doesn't listen to your concerns. Yes they promise all these bonuses but they don't do it.

Understanding and kind managers, decent benefits (better than most) most medication techs are really wonderful, and really care about their jobs

Cons

Clique-y, terrible co-workers, garbage pay and totally in illegal operation in most areas, I was offered 10.50 and they re-offered only 9.56

Pros

Working with the residents is the best of all. Having a good 3-11 team to see that it's done properly makes all the hard work worth it.

Cons

Corporate, Administration and the list goes on. How it's run at the top will trickle down. Get it together people... at all facility. We miss you at Farnham Mr. Marion Hale ,you knew how to run your business aka Farnham Manor.
