Nice place to work!

Pros

They hire according to core values. Angry, unfriendly people get fired so they don't run off the nice people. The company is growing so there is room to move up fast. Hard work is rewarded by bonuses and incentives.

Cons

They could keep great people if they had a better benefits structure.

We at Commonwealth Assisted Living appreciate you speaking up about the levels of care and the challenges associated with them. We understand that as we work to make major changes/improvements within the company that it doesn’t happen overnight. Recently we have begun to implement systems that should allow us to better determine appropriate staffing needs so that you don't feel we're short-staffed. If you are comfortable, I encourage you to share you thoughts/insights with your Executive Director or your Regional Director of Operations. You are also welcome to reach out to me at hr@commonwealthal.com.
