The money was good as a manager , that is what keeps you from leaving

Cons

No leadership support, no thorough training, work just keeps getting piled onto you. No recognition but will make sure your told everything your doing wrong. Clients take no accountability for their actions. Too stressful for trying to help people who don’t want the help. Retention rate was horrible. Always watching your back being afraid of what you did wrong.
