      Mostly flexible work schedule. New CEO is good, with all new leadership on board. They are receptive to new ideas so far but haven't seen big changes.

      Cons

      Reeling from a very poor previous CEO, poor EMR design, rift between management and ground level employees. Low compensation. Poor hiring ability.
