Direct management is amazing and understanding. Wonderful to work with.

Cons

Upper management seems out of touch with basics in department. Pay is not at market value of same/similar positions at other companies. Lots of responsibilities

Love the policies, the people, and the quality of work. Lots of opportunity for advancement and support. Training was very well done and continues far into employment. Health coverage, HSA available, dental, vision, etc.

Cons

I do think tellers should be able to sit down during low periods. But that’s everywhere and just a personal opinion!
