Pros
Good bonuses, paid holidays, good hours.
Cons
Highly stressful, pay is subpar. Your performance is heavily rated on sales of credit card, accounts, and other services. Causing you to push products on customers that do not need them to meet goals. Management is lacking in structure as well as training. There are never any clear answers when you have questions, they try to make you feel important and part of a community but foster unhealthy work environments and toxic relationships within the work place. Constantly understaffed because the turn around rate for people is intense. Overall ruined banking for me.
