The PTO is ridiculous... for the first FIVE years you only get 7.08 hrs PTO every 2 weeks and you are required to use PTO for everything... holidays (yes, you pay yourself for holidays), sick days, personal days and vacation.

Awesome place to work. Opportunity to cross train in different departments under your title to work OT. I’ve had awesome managers each transfer with the exception of one at the urgent care. Once you get to know the doctors they are amazing people. Truly enjoyed working for this company!

Cons

If a manager is rude, the morale will be low and call outs through the roof!
