I feel like the President/CEO is a really good person and is very involved and wants Community to be the best for his employees and the community.

Cons

This review is only for this specific department!! No breaks, absolutely no flexibility with work/life balance, improperly trained/didn’t get enough training, management lied, unprofessional, didn’t take recommendations from the team on what could make our work easier and more efficient. Unorganized, poor communication and just not a good working environment!
