      Pros

      I have had a good experience with my direct managers, work load and ability to provide care. I like what I do in my day to day and my co-workers are great. I mainly stay for the benefits of health care, which are good but could be better

      Cons

      salary, gaslighting about finances, back door letting go of important programs, CEO makes millions, payout illegal bonuses to doctors and won't give raises to others, really no room for growth

      Friendly atmosphere among coworkers. Annual raises and good health care benefits.

      Cons

      Poor management, bias against certain ethnic group. Inclusivity is preached but not practiced for certain religious beliefs, not reflected in observance of certain holidays. Poor work life balance.
