      Great salary and benefits. Communication is strong: always kept informed of new things going on. Patient focused care. Love that they encourage further education

      No weekends, minimal call, no holidays.

      Cons

      Very little teamwork between departments. Frequent issues with lateral violence and bullying with management often times being the culprit. Frequent inappropriate cases performed for an ambulatory surgery center (unsafe conditions).
