      Offers tuition reimbursement for many types of degrees and to many different roles. Fair rate of earning PTO. Many different schedules offered.

      Cons

      After they assist you in paying for a higher degree, they do not guarantee you a job utilizing said degree.

      There are some phenomenal people with phenomenal talent that work here.

      Management does not allow individuals to work to their potential Slow at making decisions Make decisions based on bottom line and not patients or employee wellness Ask for employee feedback but do not do anything with it Do not practice what they preach Management cannot have difficult conversations when needed
