      Generous leave time, flexible scheduling and diverse workforce. Open door policy for CEO and employees will pitch in to help when needed.

      Cons

      Long work hours for salaried workers for extended periods of time. Decisions are made without consulting with employee responsible for making change possible. Not allowed to say "no".

      Pros

      High turnover wasn't a problem. Coworkers were friendly and team work was good. There was always plenty to keep us busy and the pay was pretty good too.

      Cons

      Clientele made it rough because it was such a bad neighborhood. Lots of troubles that had to be handled by security or the police on a regular basis. Also scary walking to car after a shift in the dark
