      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities for job growth. Lots of different areas in which to work, every specialty available. The facilities are some of the best in the area.

      Cons

      Pay, even as a single nurse has to work overtime just to make financial ends meet. Management, went through 7 managers in 4 years in mental health and had little support from them as a nurse. Health insurance was at a minimum and paid a lot out pocket.
