Pros
This seriously is the best job, it is very challenging yet even more rewarding. Management here is seriously the best I have ever seen in my entire life. They will jump into the frontlines in the most dangerous/challenging moments, no matter what. All of management worked their way up from floor staff, and understand/empathize with the workers. You can't ask for more.
Cons
It is difficult to think of any, but I guess one that I would state is they are short staffed.. but not really that big of a con as you get more hours. If you are willing to work hard, you can get the hours here.
