      Pros

      Friendly staff, job stability, schedules are really good and benefits are good, hardly ever downsizing. A lot of wonderful staff.

      Cons

      Low pay no room for advancement or continue education, company needs to invest in employee continuing education through the network and definitely increase salaries

      Great coworkers, great facilities, great doctors. You get to take care of antepartum, postpartum, labor and surgical cases. It's great!

      Cons

      Very large unit - 60 beds. Sometimes you feel small, you are 1 of over 200 nurses employed on that unit
