      Pros

      They are a great company who cares about their employees and their opinions. They work hard to keep their employees satisfied.

      Cons

      They are trying to keep up with bigger businesses, and I think it is driving away some employees. People work at Community because of the Community Way, and I feel that it is starting to disappear.

      Pros

      Dedicated staff, benefits good, No major issues with management. Work environment clean and organized. Support staff excellent. Compensation on par for market for RN. Somewhat sluggish rate increase each year. When short staffed nursing staff works hard to pull together and staff unit safely. Patient population nice to work with.

      Occasional staffing issues No upward mobility Management can micromanage at times Communication at times can be sparing When short staffed people are made to feel guilty for not picking up extra hours

      Close to home. The staff are family oriented.they are trying hard to control and maintain such a large organization and keep a profitable margin.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive as it is in the hospital setting.
