      Pros

      Community Health Network is great to work for. My professional career has blossomed 10 fold. I have plenty of educational opportunities and my career path is clearly established.

      Overall good people, just needs some work

      Pros

      Very nice co-workers and a flexible work environment. I am still friends with a lot of my old co-workers.

      Cons

      Some of the managers did not possess basic management skills like organization, returning voicemails, emails... Things were constantly changing and that led to some unsafe patients experiences.

      Pros

      Community hospital north is a nice and modern facility. Great physicians in network, decent benefits and treatment for all RN PRN staff.

      Cons

      Downsizing PRN staff lately. Lower than average hourly pay, shift differentials. Benefits are not terrible but discount is based solely on BMI regardless of other health measures.
