      Pros

      The team that I worked with was superb. Management team was good. Job duties were as what I was hired to do.

      Cons

      I didn't come across many cons that would be worth discussing. Community Health Network is generally a good place to work.

      Pros

      Nice facility and clean to work in. Fair pay but could have been better.

      Cons

      Rarely see management and other team members would review work. High turnover and not respected as employee despite education and experience. Hired poor workers at times due to turnover and treated all employees disrespectfully. Pay lower than other hospitals.

      Pros

      very pleasant, team-work oriented environment, everyone is very friendly and helpful, doctors (at least that I work with) are very down to earth people, no lay-offs like most other networks in the area have had.

      Cons

      pay is a little low, insurance is expensive and limits you to their network
